Sec. 17b. Services or other accommodations for public;
contracts; rates
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to contract for services
or other accommodations provided in the national parks and national
monuments for the public under contract with the Department of the
Interior, as may be required in the administration of the National Park
Service, at rates approved by him for the furnishing of such services or
accommodations to the Government and without compliance with the
provisions of section 5 of title 41.
