Sec. 17g. Equipment required by field employees; by whom
furnished and maintained
The Secretary of the Interior may require field employees of the
National Park Service to furnish horses, motor and other vehicles, and
miscellaneous equipment necessary for the performance of their official
work; and he may provide, at Government expense, forage, care, and
housing for animals, and housing or storage and fuel for vehicles and
other equipment so required to be furnished.
