SUBCHAPTER I--GENERALLY
Sec. 1803. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for the
purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, not to exceed
the following sums:
(1) $147,000,000 for fiscal year 1996;
(2) $151,000,000 for fiscal year 1997;
(3) $155,000,000 for fiscal year 1998; and
(4) $159,000,000 for fiscal year 1999.
