§ 192b-1. — Exchange of lands.

Sec. 192b-1. Exchange of lands
Upon submission of satisfactory evidence of title the Secretary of
the Interior is authorized, in his discretion, to accept title on behalf
of the United States to the following described land conveyed to William
W. Kiskadden by warranty deed numbered 174403 from Mrs. Arah Chapman,
recorded August 24, 1916, in book 339, page 231, records of Larimer
County, Colorado: Beginning at the northeast corner of the southwest
quarter of section 31, township 5 north, range 73 west, sixth principal
meridian, Colorado; thence south four hundred and eighty feet; thence
west two hundred feet; thence north 27 degrees 30 minutes west five
hundred and forty-one feet; thence east four hundred and fifty feet to
the place of beginning, containing approximately three and fifty-eight
one-hundredths acres, and in exchange therefor to issue a patent for
that portion of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter and that
portion of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 31,
township 5 north, range 73 west, sixth principal meridian, Colorado,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point from whence
the center quarter-section corner of section 31 bears south 79 degrees
no minutes east, three hundred and sixty and nine-tenths feet; thence
south four hundred and eighty feet to a point from whence the east
quarter corner of section 31 bears north 79 degrees 22 minutes east, two
thousand six hundred and seventy-three and six-tenths feet; thence west
two hundred feet; thence north 27 degrees 30 minutes west, five hundred
and forty-one feet; thence east four hundred and fifty feet to the point
of beginning, containing approximately three and five-tenths acres:
Provided, That the land conveyed to the United States, other than the
land to be patented, shall, upon acceptance of title thereto, become a
part of the Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, and become subject
to all laws and regulations applicable to said park.
