Sec. 192b-4. Acquisition of property to connect certain roads
and to develop residential, utility, and administrative units
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to acquire by purchase
or otherwise such properties within the exterior boundaries of Rocky
Mountain National Park as may be deemed by him to be necessary in
connecting the eastern approach road with the existing Bear Lake and
Trail Ridge roads, and in developing the present governmental
residential, utility, and proposed administrative units.
