Sec. 196. Use for Arbuckle Reservoir
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized in his discretion to
permit, by license, lease, or other authorization, the use of necessary
land in the Rocky Mountain National Park for the maintenance and
operation in its present height and capacity, of the Arbuckle Number 2
Reservoir.
