Sec. 203. Sale and removal of timber; charges for leases and
privileges
The Secretary of the Interior may sell and permit the removal of
such matured or dead or down timber as he may deem necessary or
advisable for the protection or improvement of the park, and may exact
such charges as he deems proper for leases and all other privileges
granted under this section and sections 201 and 202 of this title.
