Sec. 207a. Application of Federal Power Act to lands acquired
under section 207
The provisions of the Federal Power Act [16 U.S.C. 791a et seq.]
shall not apply to or extend over the land acquired for inclusion in the
Lassen Volcanic National Park in accordance with the provisions of this
section and section 207 of this title.

commission; to provide for the improvement of navigation, the
