SUBCHAPTER XXII--LASSEN VOLCANIC NATIONAL PARK
Sec. 207c. Additional lands from Lassen National Forest;
authorization for road
The following described lands of the Lassen National Forest are
hereby excluded from the forest and added to the Lassen Volcanic
National Park:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, south half northeast quarter, and southeast
quarter northwest quarter section 4; west half southeast quarter and
those parts of the south half northwest quarter and of the southwest
quarter of section 11 lying east of Lost Creek; and section 19, township
31 north, range 4 east, Mount Diablo meridian: Provided, That the
aforesaid lands in section 19 are included within the national park
subject to the right of the Secretary of Agriculture to construct and
maintain a permanent road through such section in order to permit the
use, protection, and administration of adjacent national forest lands
and the removal of timber from the national forest.
