Section 3002, Pub. L. 96-460, Sec. 3, Oct. 15, 1980, 94 Stat. 2045,
defined terms for the purposes of this chapter.
Section 3003, Pub. L. 96-460, Sec. 4, Oct. 15, 1980, 94 Stat. 2045,
required the Secretary of Commerce to establish in the Department of
Commerce an office for Chesapeake Bay Research Coordination.
Section 3004, Pub. L. 96-460, Sec. 5, Oct. 15, 1980, 94 Stat. 2046,
established the Chesapeake Bay Research Board.

Short Title
Section 1 of Pub. L. 96-460 provided that this chapter may be cited
as the ``Chesapeake Bay Research Coordination Act of 1980''.
