Sec. 367. Sale of lots
The Secretary of the Interior may direct the public sale of all
unsold Government lots in Hot Springs National Park, and not permanently
reserved on March 3, 1891, at the city of Hot Springs, after having had
the same reappraised, and also advertised as required by law, and no lot
shall be sold at less than the appraised price.
