Sec. 407b. Applicability of Federal Power Act
The provisions of the Federal Power Act [16 U.S.C. 791a et seq.]
shall not apply to or extend over the land by section 407 of this title
or hereafter reserved and dedicated as the Carlsbad Caverns National
Park.
