§ 410yy-1. — Definitions.

Sec. 410yy-1. Definitions
As used in this subchapter, the term--
(1) ``Commission'' means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation
Advisory Commission established by section 410yy-8 of this title.
(2) ``park'' means the Keweenaw National Historical Park
established by section 410yy-2(a)(1) of this title.
(3) ``Secretary'' means the Secretary of the Interior.
