Sec. 450mm-2. Acquisition of lands
(a) Acquisition methods
Within the area designated pursuant to section 450mm-1 of this
title, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to acquire land and
interests in land by purchase, donation, with donated funds, or by such
other means as he deems to be in the public interest.
(b) Limitation
The lands (other than corporately owned timberlands) depicted on the
map referred to in section 450mm-1(b) of this title may be acquired by
the Secretary of the Interior only by donation or purchase from willing
sellers.
