Sec. 459c-6b. Cooperation with utilities district; land use and
occupancy; terms and conditions
The Secretary shall cooperate with the Bolinas Public Utilities
District to protect and enhance the watershed values within the
seashore. The Secretary may, at his or her discretion, permit the use
and occupancy of lands added to the seashore by action of the Ninety-
fifth Congress by the utilities district for water supply purposes,
subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretary deems are
consistent with the purposes of sections 459c to 459c-7 of this title.
