§ 460ss-6. — Definitions.

TITLE 16--CONSERVATION

Sec. 460ss-6. Definitions
As used in this subchapter--
(1) The term ``program'' means the Klamath River Basin
Conservation Area Restoration Program established under section
460ss-1(b) of this title.
(2) The term ``Secretary'' means the Secretary of the Interior.
