Sec. 536. Recording of instruments; furnishing of instruments
affecting public domain lands to Secretary of the Interior
Copies of all instruments affecting permanent interests in land
executed pursuant to sections 532 to 538 of this title shall be recorded
in each county where the lands are located. Copies of all instruments
affecting interests in lands reserved from the public domain shall be
furnished to the Secretary of the Interior.
