Sec. 715n. ``Take'' defined
For the purposes of this subchapter the word ``take'' shall be
construed to mean pursue, hunt, shoot, capture, collect, kill, or
attempt to pursue, hunt, shoot, capture, collect, or kill, unless the
context otherwise requires.
