CHAPTER 12A--TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY
Sec. 831cc. Separability
The sections of this chapter are declared to be separable, and in
the event any one or more sections of this chapter be held to be
unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of other
sections of this chapter.
