CHAPTER 14A--WHALE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION
Sec. 917d. Authorization of appropriations
For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter,
there is hereby authorized to be appropriated a sum not to exceed
$1,000,000 for fiscal years 1978 and 1979.
