Sec. 3736. Donation of air traffic control equipment to eligible
sub-Saharan African countries
It is the sense of the Congress that, to the extent appropriate, the
United States Government should make every effort to donate to
governments of sub-Saharan African countries determined to be eligible
under section 3703 of this title air traffic control equipment that is
no longer in use, including appropriate related reimbursable technical
assistance.
