Effective Date of Repeal
Repeal effective Jan. 1, 1996, except as otherwise provided, see
section 24 of Pub. L. 104-65, set out as an Effective Date note under
section 1601 of this title.
Short Title
Act Aug. 2, 1946, title III, Sec. 301, 60 Stat. 839, provided that
title III of act Aug. 2, 1946 (enacting this chapter), could be cited as
the ``Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act'', prior to repeal by Pub. L.
104-65, Sec. 11(a), Dec. 19, 1995, 109 Stat. 701.
