§ 2305. — Limitation.

CHAPTER 44--VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
Sec. 2305. Limitation
All of the funds made available under this chapter shall be used in
accordance with the requirements of this chapter. None of the funds made
available under this chapter may be used to provide funding under the
School-to-Work Opportunities Act of 1994 (20 U.S.C. 6101 et seq.) or to
carry out, through programs funded under this chapter, activities that
were funded under the School-To-Work Opportunities Act of 1994, unless
the programs funded under this chapter serve only those participants
eligible to participate in the programs under this chapter.
