§ 2372. — State allotment and application.

Sec. 2372. State allotment and application
(a) In general
For any fiscal year, the Secretary shall allot the amount made
available under section 2375 \1\ of this title among the States in the
same manner as funds are allotted to States under paragraph (2) of
section 2321(a) of this title.

(b) Payments to eligible agencies
The Secretary shall make a payment in the amount of a State's
allotment under subsection (a) of this section to the eligible agency
that serves the State and has an application approved under subsection
(c) of this section.
(c) State application
Each eligible agency desiring assistance under this subchapter shall
submit an application to the Secretary at such time, in such manner, and
accompanied by such information as the Secretary may require.
