Sec. 2503. Administration by Office of Career Education
The provisions of this subchapter shall be carried out by the
Secretary of Education through the Office of Career Education
established pursuant to section 2612a(c) of this title.

Transfer of Functions
``Secretary of Education'' substituted in text for ``Commissioner''

transferred functions of Commissioner of Education to Secretary of
Education.
For authority of Secretary of Education to consolidate, alter, or
discontinue the Office of Career Education, or to reallocate any
functions vested by statute in the Office, see section 413 of Pub. L.
