§ 4514. — Definitions.

CHAPTER 57--JAMES MADISON MEMORIAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Sec. 4514. Definitions
As used in this chapter--
(1) the term ``Board'' means the Board of Trustees of the James
Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
(2) the term ``Foundation'' means the James Madison Memorial
Fellowship Foundation;
(3) the term ``institution of higher education'' has the same
meaning given that term by section 1001 of this title; and
(4) the term ``secondary school'' has the same meaning given
that term by section 7801 of this title.
