Sec. 5939. Sunset provision
(a) Repeal
This subchapter is repealed on September 30, 1999.
(b) Review of repeal
It is the sense of the Congress that the appropriate committees of
the Congress should review the accomplishments of the National Board
prior to the date of repeal described in subsection (a) of this section
in order to determine whether it is appropriate to extend the
authorities provided under this subchapter for a period beyond such
date.
