Section 615 of Pub. L. 89-10, as added by Pub. L. 90-247, title I,

Pub. L. 89-10 [enacting this subchapter] was to be cited as the
``Education of the Handicapped Act'', was repealed by Pub. L. 91-230,
title VI, Sec. 662(3), Apr. 13, 1970, 84 Stat. 188.
