Sec. 277g-3. Authorization of appropriations
There is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary
for the United States to fund its share of the cost of the plans,
construction, operation, and maintenance of the facilities recommended
in agreements concluded pursuant to section 277g of this title and
approved by the Governments of the United States and Mexico.
