RESTORATION OF FEDERAL SUPERVISION
Sec. 735. Adoption of new constitution and bylaws
Upon written request of the tribal council,\1\ the Secretary shall
hold an election for the members of the tribe for the purpose of
adopting a new constitution and bylaws in accordance with section 476 of
this title.
