Sec. 975. Land surveys and execution of conveyances by
Secretary; title of grantee
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to make such land
surveys and to execute such conveyancing instruments as he deems
necessary to convey marketable and recordable title to the individual
and tribal assets disposed of pursuant to this subchapter. Each grantee
shall receive an unrestricted title to the property conveyed.
