§ 3058. — Authorization of appropriations.

Sec. 3058. Authorization of appropriations
(a) In general
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter
$10,000,000 for fiscal year 1999 and such sums as may be necessary for
fiscal year 2000.
(b) Reservation
Of the amounts appropriated under subsection (a) of this section for
a fiscal year, the Secretary shall reserve 2 percent for the purpose of
providing information and technical assistance to States under section
3056 of this title.
