Sec. 577a. Small-boat navigation projects; charter fishing craft
The Chief of Engineers, for the purpose of determining Federal and
non-Federal cost sharing, relating to proposed construction of small-
boat navigation projects, shall consider charter fishing craft as
commercial vessels.
