Effective Date of Repeal
Repeal effective Oct. 1, 2000, and not to affect the validity or
terms of any bonus provided under such section for enlistments in the
Armed Forces made before that date, see section 1 [[div. A], title VI,
Sec. 624(c)(2)] of Pub. L. 106-398, set out as a note under section 308a
of this title.
