CHAPTER 13--ALLOTMENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS OF PAY
Sec. 706. Allotments: commissioned officers of the National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Commerce,
commissioned officers of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration may make allotments or assignments of their pay.
