Sec. 1446c. Domestic disposal programs for dairy products
In order to prevent the accumulation of excessive inventories of
dairy products the Secretary of Agriculture shall undertake domestic
disposal programs under authorities granted in the Agricultural
Adjustment Act of 1938 [7 U.S.C. 1281 et seq.] and the Agricultural Act
of 1949, as amended [7 U.S.C. 1421 et seq.], or as otherwise authorized
by law.

Report of Dairy Product Purchases
Pub. L. 101-624, title I, Sec. 105, Nov. 28, 1990, 104 Stat. 3379,
provided that: ``The Secretary of Agriculture shall make available to
the public quarterly evaluations of the acquisition and disposal of
Commodity Credit Corporation purchases of dairy products.''
