Sec. 515d. Loans to associations of tobacco producers
The Secretary, from the funds provided in section 515f of this
title, is authorized to make loans for administrative purposes, upon
terms and conditions stipulated by him, to such association of tobacco
producers as may operate with respect to the 1936 crop in the Georgia
Tobacco Belt, in a manner similar to that embodied in State acts
providing for compacts under the consent given in section 515 of this
title.
