Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated June 9, 2009
"A.M. No. RTJ-06-2016 (Corazon R. Tanjuatco v. Judge Ireneo L. Gako, Jr.)
On February 10, 2009, the instant administrative complaint against respondent Judge Gako, Jr. was voted upon by the Court En Banc and by a vote of 8-7, the respondent was found guilty of simple misconduct and fined PhP 100,000.
The Court RECALLS the promulgation of the decision on March 23, 2009 on the ground that it was erroneously promulgated on said date when it should have been promulgated on February 13, 2009.
The decision in the instant administrative case is repromulgated on February 13, 2009.
The filing of a motion for reconsideration by the parties, should they decide to do so, shall be reckoned from receipt of this Resolution."
