HACIENDA LUISITA, INC. V. PRESIDENTIAL AGRARIAN REFORM COUNCIL, ET AL.
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated AUGUST 31, 2010, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 171101 (Hacienda Luisita, Inc. v. Presidential Agrarian Reform Council, et al.)
In line with its Resolution of August 24, 2010, the Court resolves, as a measure to arrive at a possible amicable settlement of this case, to constitute a Mediation Panel to be composed of the following:
To provide staff support to the Mediation Panel, a Secretariat is hereby formed consisting of the organic personnel of the Court, as follows:
The Mediation Panel is given a period of thirty (30) days from notice to terminate the mediation proceeding unless additional time is granted by the Court.
The parties and their respective counsels are ordered to strictly comply with the instructions and directives of the Mediation Panel."
