Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated OCTOBER 19, 2010, which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 10-10-111-MTCC (Re: Withholding of Salaries of Ms. Yvonne Q. Rivera, Clerk of Court, MTCC, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental). - The Court Resolved to (a) NOTE the MEmorandum dated July 2, 2010 of the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) relative to the continuous failure of Ms. Yvonne Q. Rivera, Clerk of court, MTCC, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, to submit the required monthly reports of collections, deposits, and withdrawals despite due notice and (b) GRANT the request of the OCA for authority to withhold the salaries of Ms. Yvonne Q. Rivera."
