Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated April 12, 2011, which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 11-4-38-MCTC (Temporary Transfer of the Seat of MCTC, Benito Soliven-San Mariano, Isabela, from Benito Soliven to San Mariano).- Acting on the Letter-request dated December 15, 2010 of Presiding Judge Alfred Alex A. Castillo, 6^th Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC), for the transfer of the seat of the said court from the Municipality of Benito Soliven to the Municipality of San Mariano, Isabela, the Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to 

(a) APPROVE the TEMPORARY TRANSFER of the court station of the 6th MCTC Benito Soliven-San Mariano, Isabela, from, its present seat at the Municipality of Benito Soliven to the Municipality of San Mariano, Isabela, while the building which would house the 6^th MCTC Benito Soliven-San Mariano, Isabela, is under construction; and 

(b) REQUIRE Judge Alfred Alex A. Castillo to SUBMIT a report to the Court, through the Office of the Court Administrator, once the holding of the court sessions in the Municipality of San Mariano, Isabela, has commenced;

Upon the completion of the construction of the building which would house the 6^th MCTC Benito Soliven-San Mariano, Isabela, the Court further Resolved to

(a) DIRECT Judge Alfred Alex A. Castillo and his staff to report back to the 6^th MCTC Benito Soliven-San Mariano, Isabela, when the space allotted for the said court is ready for occupancy; and 

(b) AUTHORIZE Judge Castillo and at least three (3) of his staff to hold court sessions at least twice a week at the Municipality of San Mariano, Isabela, to bring the court closer to its residents."
