Title 5 - Administrative Personnel
In applying the requirements of the performance management system and its implementing issuances and policies, supervisors will— (a) Monitor the performance of their employees and their contribution to the organization; and (b) Provide ongoing (i.e., regular and timely) feedback to employees on their actual performance with respect to their performance expectations, including one or more interim performance reviews during each appraisal period.
