This form shall be filed in lieu of SEC Form 3 pursuant to SEC rule 16a–3 (17 CFR 240.16a–3) for initial statements of beneficial ownership of securities. The FDIC is authorized to solicit the information required by this form pursuant to sections 16(a) and 23(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78p and 78w) and the rules and regulations thereunder.
