Title 16 - Commercial Practices
(a) In accordance with section 12(a) of the Advisory Committee Act, the Advisory Committee Management Officer shall maintain, in the Office of the Secretary, records which will fully disclose the nature and extent of the activities of each advisory committee established or utilized by the Commission. (b) The records shall include a current financial report itemizing expenditures and disclosing all funds available for each advisory committee during the current fiscal year. (c) The records shall also include a complete set of the charters of the Commission's advisory committee and copies of the annual reports on advisory committees.
