Title 16 - Commercial Practices
(a) The Advisory Committee Management Officer shall prepare an annual report on the Commission's advisory committees for inclusion in the President's annual report to Congress as required by section 6(c) of the Advisory Committee Act. This report shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with General Services Administration guidelines (39 FR 44814, December 27, 1974). (b) Results of the annual comprehensive review of advisory committee made under §1018.43 shall be included in the annual report.
