Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) Funds shall be allotted among the various States in accordance with section 302(b)(1) of the Act, subject to paragraph (b) of this section. (b) Funds shall be allotted among the various States in accordance with section 302(b)(2)(A) and (B) of the Act as soon as satisfactory data are available under section 462(e) of the Act. (c) Allotments for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and other territories and possessions of the United States shall be made by the Secretary in accordance with the provisions of section 302(e) of the Act.
