Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) All administrative funds for all programs operated under separate sections of the Act by a Native American grantee may be accounted for separately and be allocated by title and program activity or may be pooled into one fund. Planned expenditures from the fund shall be described in a separate section of the CAP. (b) The administrative cost plan may be modified during the program year.
