Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) No program under the Act may involve political activities. (b) No participant may engage in partisan or nonpartisan political activities during hours for which the participant is paid with JTPA funds. (c) No participant may, at any time, engage in partisan or nonpartisan political activities in which such participant represents himself or herself as a spokesperson for the JTPA program.
