(a) The Secretary shall make available, from the amounts appropriated pursuant to section 461(a) of the Act and sections 3(a) and 14 of the Wagner-Peyser Act, funds to support LMI activities and Federal-State cooperative statistical programs. (b) LMI programs may be funded through reimbursable agreements between the Secretary and the States.
