Title 20 - Employees' Benefits
(a) For funds appropriated pursuant to JTPA title IV, part E, eligible recipients shall be the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands. (b) For funds appropriated pursuant to the Wagner-Peyser Act, as amended, eligible recipients shall be the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
